Where are Monarch offices? Head office is at Suite 12 'Pymble Grove', 33 Ryde Road, Pymble and we have sales offices on site at various estates
When are your offices open? Head office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.15pm although our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our sales offices open at different times depending on the development and what stage it is at.
Is Monarch based in any other State? Not at this stage, however we are always looking for opportunities and we will develop interstate when the opportunity arises

Is GST payable on the sale or purchase of a house or land? GST is payable on the purchase of a new house or land if sold for the first time. The GST is included in the purchase price.
What is Community Title? Community Title combines Torrens Title ownership of your land with the benefit of ownership of community property as well. This way you h ave a say in your neighbourhood, your surroundings and your community.
What does buying a property ‘off the plan’ mean? It means that you purchase prior to physical completion (i.e. registration of the linen plan). Completion takes place when the title can be transferred on completion of the building and registration of the house or plan of subdivision. |
